(1) After registration of the consumer organization in accordance with Rule 6, the right of the consumer organization shall remain in the water source equal to the amount specified to be used by the consumer organization.
(2) Before the commencement of this regulation, if any water supply project developed by the Government of Nepal has been transferred to any consumer organization in accordance with Section 11 of the Act, the right of such consumer organization shall remain in the water source equal to the amount used by such consumer organization.
